Turkey Cooking Tips
- Take the thawed turkey out of the fridge 1 HOUR before you put it in the oven.
- Remove giblets from turkey cavities before cooking.
- Your turkey will stay moist with or without the legs tied.
- Always plan for an extra hour of cook time to be safe.
- Cook until internal temperature registers 165° F with a meat thermometer.
- Let turkey rest 30 minutes before carving.
