Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Foil and grease a large baking sheet pan, set aside.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite size florets.
- In a large bowl, combine the milk, flour, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder ad parsley flake. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
- Fold the cauliflower into the batter so that each piece is coated.
- Arrange the battered cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the hot sauce and honey in a large bowl. Once the cauliflower has baked for 15 minutes, carefully remove it from the pan into the bowl.
- Toss all the cauliflower with the hot sauce and then pour it back onto the baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle the panko bread crumbs across the cauliflower.
- Bake for another 15 minutes or until cauliflower is golden brown. Use a spatula to flip the cauliflower halfway through baking.

- 1 tsp Marcum Salt
- 1 tsp Marcum Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Marcum Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Marcum Parsley Flake
- 1 tsp Marcum Paprika
- ½ cup Marcum Panko Bread Crumbs
- ½ cup Kurtz Hot Wing Sauce
- 2 tbsp Bramley’s Honey
