Tomato Tortellini Soup

- 20 oz Tomato Soup
- 9 oz frozen Square Cheese Ravioli
- 1 cup frozen Sweet Peas
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar
NotesSprinkle cheese over soup before eating. Serve with Mantia's Cheese Garlic Toast.
- Thaw frozen cheese tortellini or ravioli for 20 minutes before making the soup.
- Dilute soup as directed on can. Heat over medium heat until the soup boils, stirring frequently.
- Add tortellini and peas and bring back to a simmer; cook for 3 more minutes until the tortellini floats to the surface of the soup and is tender.
