Cucumber Watermelon Feta Salad

1 medium-small watermelon, 1-inch cubes or melon balls (4 cups)
1 medium fresh cucumber; peeled and sliced ½-inch thick rounds (about 1 ½ cups)
½ small red onion, thinly sliced (¼ cup)3-4 limes, juiced (about ¼ cup)
3-4 limes, juiced (about ¼ cup)
¼ cup Medeiros olive oil
1 tsp. Bramley’s honey
¼ tsp. Marcum dry basil
½ cup Coburn Farms crumbled feta cheese



  1. Combine watermelon, cucumber and sliced red onion in a salad bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey and dry basil.
  3. Gently toss the salad with the dressing. Top with crumbled feta cheese.
