Florentine Grilled Cheese

  • 8 Slices Grissom’s Sandwich Bread
  • 8 Slices Coburn Farms Mozzarella Slices
  • 8 Slices Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Express Spinach
  • 4 tbsp Coburn Farms Butter
  • To Taste Marcum Italian Seasoning
  • As Desired Kurtz Balsamic Dressing
  1. Put a large skillet on the stove top over medium heat.
  2. Allow the pan to get hot then add 1 tbsp of butter per sandwich. Toast the bread for 2 minutes then flip 
  3. Add one slice of mozzarella to the toasted side of bread, lightly season with Italian herbs, then add the spinach and tomato.
  4. Toasted the cheese for 3-5 minutes, letting the cheese melt.
  5. Remove from heat, put the pieces together, then enjoy
  6. Repeat for every sandwich desired , drizzle with Balsamic if desired
  • Drizzle a lemon wedge over your sandwich for a citrus flavor
