Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Parsley Flakes

Simple Earth
90-second Long Grain Wild Rice
1/3 cup
Medeiros
Pure Classic Mild Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
Marcum
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Remove tails from shrimp.
Add minced garlic and cook for
30 seconds
while stirring.
Add shrimp and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Cook
2-3
minutes until shrimp gets warm.
While shrimp is cooking, heat rice according to instructions on the packet.
Combine rice and shrimp in bowl, sprinkle with parsley.
Recipe Tips:
Lemon zest will add a fresh component to the dish.
Pasta or a salad are good alternatives to rice.
