Lemon Pepper Shrimp Cooked

- 1 lb Portside Cooked Shrimp 71/90 ct
- 1 Tbsp Marcum Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 tsp Marcum Parsley Flakes
- 1 pkg Simple Earth 90-second Long Grain Wild Rice
- 1/3 cup Medeiros Pure Classic Mild Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
- Marcum Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Remove tails from shrimp.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds while stirring.
- Add shrimp and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Cook 2-3 minutes until shrimp gets warm.
- While shrimp is cooking, heat rice according to instructions on the packet.
- Combine rice and shrimp in bowl, sprinkle with parsley.
- Lemon zest will add a fresh component to the dish.
- Pasta or a salad are good alternatives to rice.
