Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Remove tails from shrimp.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for <strong>30 seconds</strong> while stirring.
  3. Add shrimp and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Cook <strong>2-3</strong> minutes until shrimp gets warm.
  4. While shrimp is cooking, heat rice according to instructions on the packet.
  5. Combine rice and shrimp in bowl, sprinkle with parsley.

  • Lemon zest will add a fresh component to the dish.
