Reindeer Cupcakes

  • 1 box Devil’s Food Cake Mix
  • as needed, Pillsbury Chocolate Icing
  • 48 J. Higgs Pretzels
  • 24 Ace’s Jelly Beans, Red & White
  • 24 Sunny’s Vanilla Wafers
  • 3 Good Nature Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Medeiros Oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 24 cups Ginger Evans Baking Cups
  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F, then spray baking cups with cooking spray.
  2. Beat cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in a bowl with a mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Fill baking cups with batter.
  3. Bake 24 cupcakes for 19 to 23 minutes.
  4. Use a toothpick to ensure cupcakes are cooked through.
  5. Let cupcakes cool for 20 minutes.
  6. Cover the cupcakes with chocolate icing
  7. Place two pretzels on the top side of the cupcakes for antlers, and place a vanilla wafer on the bottom center of the cupcake for a mouth.
  8. Use frosting to stick a red jelly bean on wafer as a nose.
  9. Place two white jelly beans on the bottom of the “antlers” for the eyes and add two small dots of icing for pupils.
  10. Enjoy!
