Reindeer Cupcakes

- 1 box Devil’s Food Cake Mix
- as needed, Pillsbury Chocolate Icing
- 48 J. Higgs Pretzels
- 24 Ace’s Jelly Beans, Red & White
- 24 Sunny’s Vanilla Wafers
- 3 Good Nature Eggs
- 1/2 cup Medeiros Oil
- 1 cup Water
- 24 cups Ginger Evans Baking Cups
- Preheat oven to 350˚F, then spray baking cups with cooking spray.
- Beat cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in a bowl with a mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Fill baking cups with batter.
- Bake 24 cupcakes for 19 to 23 minutes.
- Use a toothpick to ensure cupcakes are cooked through.
- Let cupcakes cool for 20 minutes.
- Cover the cupcakes with chocolate icing
- Place two pretzels on the top side of the cupcakes for antlers, and place a vanilla wafer on the bottom center of the cupcake for a mouth.
- Use frosting to stick a red jelly bean on wafer as a nose.
- Place two white jelly beans on the bottom of the “antlers” for the eyes and add two small dots of icing for pupils.
- Enjoy!
- Substitute Jelly Beans with Red and White M&Ms
