Ice Cream Nachos

Yields: 4-6

  • 12 oz Senora Verde Tortilla Chips
  • 2 scoops per person, World’s Fair Ice Cream (any flavor)
  • As desired, Coburn Farms Whipped Cream
  • As desired, World’s Fair Caramel Topping
  • As desired, Nutsome Chopped Cashews, Peanuts, or Walnuts
  • 2 Bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup Ginger Evans Granulated White Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Coburn Farms Butter, melted
  • 2 tsp Marcum Cinnamon, ground
  1. In a large bowl, place chips, then drizzle melted butter over top. Toss the chips to coat them evenly.
  2. Mix together cinnamon and sugar in a separate bowl.
  3. Sprinkle half over the chips and toss. Add the rest, and toss again to ensure everything is fully coated.
  4. Place chips on plates or on a large tray.
  5. Slice the bananas.
  6. Place scoops of ice cream over the chips followed by the sliced bananas, whipped cream, then caramel topping, and any other toppings you desire!
  1. Add chocolate sauce, sprinkles, cherries, or any other desired toppings.
  2. Add crushed up Sunny’s Vanilla Wafers as a topping
