Banana Ice Cream Pie

  • 1 Grissom’s Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 1/2 gallon World’s Fair Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 15-20 Sunny’s Vanilla Wafers
  • 16 oz World’s Fair Whipped Cream
  • World’s Fair Chocolate Sauce, drizzle
  • 3 Bananas, mashed
  • Marcum Vanilla Extract
  1. Follow the instructions on the Pie Crust packaging, bake the crust then allow it to cool.
  2. Once the crust is cooled off scoop ice cream into crust, enough to fully cover the bottom, and fill up to the crust line.
  3. In a chilled bowl mash up three bananas using a fork.
  4. Next whisk together mashed bananas, 16 oz of whipped cream, and a tsp spoon of vanilla extract.
  5. Once whipped Banana/cream mixture is the right consistency pour it over ice cream evenly coating the top.
  6. Then place vanilla wafer in the mixture standing upright for a visual affect.
  7. Place in freezer for at least one hour
  8. Once pie is set, drizzle chocolate on top and enjoy

  2. Whip in a cup of peanut butter with the bananas and whipped cream for a Chunky Monkey Flavor
