Watermelon Mint Punch

1 watermelon, chopped into 2-inch cubes
4 cups fruit punch
4 cups lemon lime soda
1/2 cup mint leaves


To make a more slushy punch, freeze all of the watermelon cubes. Blend them up just before serving, and stir into the liquid. (Skip the ice cubes.)


  1. Place 2 to 3 cups of the watermelon cubes into a large pitcher. Set aside the rest for garnishes, or freeze them on a wax-paper lined cookie sheet to make fruity ice cubes.
  2. Pour in Crisp Fruit Punch and Crisp Lemon Lime Soda and stir. (If your pitcher doesn't hold all 8 cups, use equal parts.)
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Add ice or frozen watermelon cubes and mint leaves just before serving.
