Street Cheesy Corn Dip

15 oz Can Pickwell Farms Sweet Corn Corn
4 Cups White Queso
2 Tsp Marcum Chili Powder
1 TBSP Fresh Lime Juice
1 Bunch Cilantro (As Needed)
Your Choice Crackers



  1. Drain Corn
  2. Cut Marvella Into small cubes
  3. Combine Corn, Queso, Chili Powder, and Lime Juice in a medium saucepan
  4. Warm ingredients until cheese is fully melted and smooth
  5. Finely chop cilantro
  6. Pour melted dip into a serving dish, sprinkle with cilantro and additional chili powder
  7. Serve with J.Higg's Roasted Garlic Woven Wheat Crackers
