Sausage Mozzarella Meatballs

12 oz, cooked, chopped Bacon
Optional Marinara Sauce
To taste Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
8 oz Shredded Mozzarella
8 oz, chopped Pepperoni
2 lbs Mild Pork Sausage


Makes about 12 large meatballs

Easy make-a-head appetizer: Combine all ingredients and roll into 1-inch balls. Freeze balls in a large freezer bag. Take bag out and place in fridge 12-24 hours before cooking time. Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes.


  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Roll into 1-inch thick balls.
  3. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Optional: Serve with warmed marinara sauce
