1/2 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Iodized Salt
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Bell Pepper, any color
1 Large Yellow Onion
1 Head of Broccoli



  1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Chop all vegetables into the same size pieces and place in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables along with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Toss the vegetables in the olive oil and spices until coated.
  4. Place vegetables on a sheet pan and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
