Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

- To taste Iodized Salt
- 2 tsp Melted Butter
- 1 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
NotesHow to separate pumpkin seeds from pulp:
Rinse the seeds and pulp in a large bowl. Repeat this process until most of the pulp has been removed. Fill the bowl with water and the pumpkin seeds will float to the top, leaving the pulp at the bottom. Drain the seeds in a colander.
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- After pumpkin seeds have been removed from pumpkin rinse throughly removing all pulp and pumpkin flesh from seeds.
- Dry with a kitchen towel. In a bowl, mix melted butter and pumpkin seeds until coated. Salt to desired taste - you can add more salt after seeds have roasted.
- Roast in the oven for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Add additional salt if desired.
