Directions

  1. In a bowl mix together one pack of the onion soup mix and cream cheese.
  2. Then spread about 2 tbsp of cream cheese mixture over the tortillas.
  3. Lay 4 slices of turkey across the center of the tortilla, then sprinkle the spinach and dried cranberries evenly over the whole tortillas. Season as desired.
  4. Roll the tortillas up tightly.
  5. Wrap the tube in plastic wrap and store in the fridge for up to 4 days. Slice into 1 inch pieces when ready to serve.

  • 1 cup Fresh Express Spinach
  • 5 Senora Verde Tortillas, soft flour 10inch
  • 1 pack Kaskey`s Onion Soup Mix
  • 4 oz Coburn Farms Cream Cheese
  • to taste, Marcum Salt & Pepper
