Broccoli Cheese Casserole

4 Cups Chopped Broccoli, cooked
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1 Small Yellow Onions
1 1/4 Cups Milk
To Taste Salt and Pepper
4 Cups Shredded Cheddar



  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and stir in flour until bubbly. Add chopped onion and slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a slow boil for 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper and add Cheddar Cheese. Stir to combine. Add broccoli and transfer casserole to a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese has melted.
