Turkey Burritos with Marcum Spices

Directions
- Heat up a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tsp of oil to the pan, and allow to heat up. Add the ground turkey and onion.
- Cook the turkey until brown and no longer pink.
- Add the garlic, beans, salsa, cumin, chili powder, oregano, and a 1/2 cup of liquid (water, stock or jalapeno juice) to the skillet
- Bring to a simmer, while stirring constantly. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- If mixture is looking dry add in 1/4 cup chicken stock, water, or jalapeno juice. Season with salt and pepper after cooking.
- Heat tortillas in micorwave or in a skillet on medium heat, add 1 Tbsp of oil when pan the is hot.
- Add cheese to the warm tortillas and assemble burrito.
- Serve with remaining salsa.
Recipe Tips
- Fresh or pickled jalapeño peppers will give the dish a kick
- Limes will make the dish more authentic
- Add rice with cilantro for an easy side dish

- 1/2 cup Senora Verde salsa, medium or hot
- As desired Coburn Farms Mexican shredded cheese
- Tio Santi flour tortillas 8inch 4 ct
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp Marcum ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp Marcum chili powder
- 1 tsp Marcum crushed oregano
- 2 tsp Medeiros vegetable oil
