Directions
- Remove the solver skin from the back of the ribs by using a butter knife and paper towel.
- Dry ribs and lightly coat with mustard as a binder.
- Generously coat both sides with chosen Marcum Seasoning and sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat smoker at 225°F and place ribs on smoker, bone side down.
- Close lid and smoke for 2-3 hours.
- Every 45-60 minutes, spritz ribs with apple juice to keep them moist.
- At the 2-hour mark, wrap ribs in aluminum foil with a splash of apple juice.
- Cook wrapped ribs for another 1 hour to tenderize the ribs.
- Remove from smoker, unwrap, brush on BBQ Sauce and cook for another 1 hour.
- Rest ribs for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

- Kurtz Yellow Mustard 1/4 cup
- Marcum Seasoning 1/2 cup
- Tipton Grove Apple Juice 1 cup
- Kurtz BBQ Sauce 1/2 cup
