Sweet Potato Casserole

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9 x 13 pan.
- Drain canned sweet potatoes and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Mash with a potato masher or the back of a wooden spoon.
- Add melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, brown sugar and salt.
- Fold in half of the pecans to the mixture.
- Sprinkle with marshmallows and remaining pecans.
- Bake 25 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown and potatoes are heated through.
Recipe Tips
- Add a tsp of bourbon when mixing the sweet potatoes for a rustic flavor

- 1/3 cup Ginger Evans Light Brown Sugar
- 1.5 cups Ginger Evans Mini Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Nutsome Pecan Halves
- 1/4 tsp Marcum Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Marcum Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Coburn Farms Unsalted Butter, melted
- Marcum Salt & Pepper, to taste
