Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together oats, baking soda, and salt until everything is combined evenly.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, and melted butter. Once fully incorporated mix in peanut butter.
  3. Combine dry and wet ingredients together using a spatula to mix, then add M&M's and chocolate chips, and mix again.
  4. Cover bowl tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F while dough is chilling.
  6. Line a large sheet tray with parchment paper.
  7. Divide dough into 2 tbsp scoops and place on the sheet tray. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let rest for 15 minutes, and transfer to a rack to cool for more time, enjoy!

Recipe Tips

  • Add cinnamon to cookies to give more of an autumn flavor profile
  • Add crushed pretzels to cookies for a salty crunch.

  • Coburn Farms Unsalted Butter, melted 3 tbs
  • Marcum Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
  • Marcum Baking Soda 1 tsp
  • Marcum Salt a pinch
