Directions
- Place skillet over stove on medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of oil once hot. Sauté onions, peppers, and garlic for 3-5 minutes.
- In a large cast iron or grill safe pan, add all of the ingredients, except green onions, stirring to ensure it is fully mixed.
- Allow to cook for 15 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with green onions.
Recipe Tips
- Top with bacon bits if desired
- Add 1 tsp of Onion Powder, Cumin, and Garlic Powder if desired
- Pairs well with pulled pork

- Fairhill Farms Tomato Sauce 1 can
- Kurtz Mustard 1/4 cup
- Kurtz Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Kurtz Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp
- Ginger Evans Brown Sugar 1/4 cup
- Marcum Paprika 1 tsp
- Marcum Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Marcum Cayenne Pepper 1/4 tsp
- Marcum Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Marcum Salt to taste
- Yellow Onion, diced 1/2 cup
- Green Bell Pepper, diced 1/2 cup
- Garlic, minced 2 tsp
- Green Onion, sliced for garnish
