Eligibility: The Save A Lot® 2022 Free Bacon for a Year Online Sweepstakes (referred to herein as the “Sweepstakes”) is open all legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) states and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. Employees of Moran Foods, LLC d/b/a Save-A-Lot, Ltd. (hereinafter, the “Sponsor”) during the Sweepstakes Period and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the household of each, are not eligible to participate.

Sweepstakes Dates: The Sweepstakes starts on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, visit the Sponsor’s website at savealot.com/bacon during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the on-screen instructions to sign up for the Save A Lot® e-mail distribution list. All entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) entry per person. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered at time of entry, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria. All entries become the property of the Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Random Drawing: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that Sweepstakes Period. The drawings will take place on or around the Monday following the last day for entries to be received for the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received in the Sweepstakes Period. All drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Prizes: During the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) potential Winner will be eligible to free Farmington® private label bacon in the form of a $500 Save A Lot® gift card. Gift cards, alcohol, tobacco products and lottery tickets (“Excluded Items”) and cannot be purchased with the Winner’s Grand Prize. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $500.00. Any entrants found to be under the age of majority in their state of residence shall be disqualified. Winners will be notified by e-mail and will have approximately forty-eight (48) hours to claim their prize. In the event that the winners cannot be reached by e-mail or do not claim their prize within said forty-eight (48) hour period, an alternate winner will be selected.

Prizes consist solely of those items specifically listed, may not be transferred or redeemed for cash and are subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by issuer. No substitutions are allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Upon presentation or delivery to winners, prizes become the sole property and responsibility of the recipients and will not be replaced by the Sponsor if lost or stolen.

Non-winning entrants will not be notified. Winner’s entry and acceptance of any prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state) on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

SWEEPSTAKES TERMS & CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the mechanics of the Sweepstakes or the interpretation of these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the mechanics or logistics of this Sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software, or any combination thereof, or for lost, stolen, late or misdirected entries. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrants or to any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participating in or downloading of materials in this contest. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.

Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, their directors, officers, employees and agents, from any and all liability, claims or actions for any injuries, losses or damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from (i) promotion, execution, or administration of, or participation in, the Sweepstakes, (ii) the use of any website related to the Sweepstakes or any materials on such website(s), (iii) the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse/nonuse of any prize, or attendance at, travel to/from, or participation in a Sweepstakes related event, or (iv) cancellation or modification of any aspect of the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within Saint Louis, Missouri. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that any and all disputes and causes of action against Sponsor arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually (without resort to any form of class action). Any such dispute shall be resolved by mediation and binding arbitration.

Privacy and Use of SWEEPSTAKES Information. Sponsor collects personal information from you when you enter this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to use any information collected in accordance with its privacy policy, which may be found at https://savealot.com/privacy-policy.

ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. REMEDIES SHALL BE SUBJECT TO ALL LIMITATIONS AND RELEASES IN THESE RULES, BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET DAMAGES, AND SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, INCLUDE ANY PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, ATTORNEY’S FEES OR OTHER COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR ANY INJUNCTIVE OR OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.
