Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine vegetables with seasonings , olive oil, and maple syrup.
- Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and arrange vegetables in a single layer.
- Remove the casing from the sausages with a knife and place the ground sausage portion on the sheet tray with the vegetables.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
Recipe Tips
- Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze
- Use chicken thighs instead of Italian Sausage if desired
- Add a tsp of crushed red pepper for another kick of flavor
