Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine vegetables with seasonings , olive oil, and maple syrup.
  3. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and arrange vegetables in a single layer.
  4. Remove the casing from the sausages with a knife and place the ground sausage portion on the sheet tray with the vegetables.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and enjoy!

Recipe Tips

  • Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze
  • Use chicken thighs instead of Italian Sausage if desired
  • Add a tsp of crushed red pepper for another kick of flavor
  • Subsistute the Premium Italian Sausage for the Links if desired

  • 1 tsp Marcum Paprika
  • 1 tsp Marcum Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Marcum Rosemary
  • to taste Marcum Salt and Pepper
