Directions

  1. In a 9x13 pan, spread refried beans on the bottom as a base.
  2. Spread a layer of guacamole over the beans. Then the sour cream as your third layer.
  3. Top with scallions and shredded cheese.
  4. To create the flag, place olives on top left corner of the dish, in a square.
  5. Create white stripes of the flag using the crumbled cheese & shredded cheese. For the red stripes, use salsa and tomatoes.
  6. Refrigerate and serve with tortilla strips.
