Directions
- In a 9x13 pan, spread refried beans on the bottom as a base.
- Spread a layer of guacamole over the beans. Then the sour cream as your third layer.
- Top with scallions and shredded cheese.
- To create the flag, place olives on top left corner of the dish, in a square.
- Create white stripes of the flag using the crumbled cheese & shredded cheese. For the red stripes, use salsa and tomatoes.
- Refrigerate and serve with tortilla strips.
