Garlic Herb Crescent Rolls

  • 1 sheet Grissom’s Crescent Rolls
  • 4 oz Coburn Farms Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Coburn Farms Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese
  • 4 tsp Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp Fresh Parsley, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Coburn Farms Sweet Cream or Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp Medeiro’s Pure Olive Oil or Canola Oil
  • Marcum Salt & Pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. Heat pan to medium heat and add oil. Add 4 minced garlic.
  3. Reduce heat to low and sauté 2-3 minutes, until garlic begins to brown.
  4. Place garlic, cream cheese, parsley, salt and pepper in a food processor. Combine until mixture is smooth.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough, and separate each roll.
  6. Spread cream cheese on each roll, sprinkle with cheddar, salt and pepper, then roll up according to package instructions.
  7. Spray parchment paper with cooking spray then place rolls on top of paper. Brush tops of rolls with melted butter.
  8. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
