Garlic Herb Crescent Rolls

- 1 sheet Grissom’s Crescent Rolls
- 4 oz Coburn Farms Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Coburn Farms Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese
- 4 tsp Fresh Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp Fresh Parsley, minced
- 2 Tbsp Coburn Farms Sweet Cream or Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp Medeiro’s Pure Olive Oil or Canola Oil
- Marcum Salt & Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Heat pan to medium heat and add oil. Add 4 minced garlic.
- Reduce heat to low and sauté 2-3 minutes, until garlic begins to brown.
- Place garlic, cream cheese, parsley, salt and pepper in a food processor. Combine until mixture is smooth.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough, and separate each roll.
- Spread cream cheese on each roll, sprinkle with cheddar, salt and pepper, then roll up according to package instructions.
- Spray parchment paper with cooking spray then place rolls on top of paper. Brush tops of rolls with melted butter.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Top with Mantia’s Parmesan Cheese
