Garlic Herb Crescent Rolls

  • 1 sheet Grissom’s Crescent Rolls
  • 4 oz Coburn Farms Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Coburn Farms Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese
  • 4 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp fresh Parsley, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Coburn Farms Butter, salted or unsalted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Medeiro’s Pure Olive Oil or Canola Oil
  • Marcum Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Kurtz Bacon Bits
  1. Preheat oven to 375℉
  2. In a pan on medium heat, place 1 tbsp of oil in the pan. Add 4 tbsp of minced garlic into the pan.
  3. Reduce heat to low and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until they begin to brown
  4. Take garlic, cream cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper and place in a food processor. Combine until mixture is smooth
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough, and separate each roll
  6. On each roll spread out cream cheese, then sprinkle cheddar, followed by bacon bits and salt & pepper, then roll up.
  7. Place crescent rolls on a sprayed piece of parchment paper, brush tops of rolls with melted butter
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown
  • Top with Mantia’s Parmesan Cheese
  • If using real bacon, sauté bacon in pan on medium heat for 7-10 minutes or until crispy
