Creamy Onion Mashed Potatoes

  • 3 lbs Russet Potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 4 tbsp Coburn Farms Cold Butter, cubed
  • 1 (1 oz.) packet Kaskey’s Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/2 cup Coburn Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Coburn Farms Sour Cream
  • 2 oz. Coburn Farms Cream Cheese, softened
  1. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook 20 minutes or until fork tender. Drain potatoes and return to the pot.
  2. Add the cold butter to the potatoes and mash until all the butter has completely melted.
  3. Mix in the soup mix, heavy cream, sour cream and cream cheese and mash until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
