Garlic Chili Shrimp and Broccoli Penne

Directions
- Remove the shrimp peels and tails. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel and set aside.
- Add half the box of pasta and cook according to the package directions. As the pasta boils, steam the broccoli florets in the microwave according to package directions.
- Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water and drain the remaining pasta water. Set pasta aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Next, add garlic, red pepper, pasta water and squeeze in half of a lemon. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add the peeled shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through.
- When shrimp begins to curl, remove the pan from heat.
- Add the broccoli and pasta to the shrimp and mix to combine. Season to taste with a few pinches of salt and pepper.
- Top it with lemon zest and parmesan.

- Fresh lemon (1/2) 1/2
- Fresh Garlic, minced 2 tbsp
- Sweet Cream Butter Unsalted 4 tbsp
- Crushed Red Pepper 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
