Directions

  1. Remove the shrimp peels and tails. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel and set aside.
  2. Add half the box of pasta and cook according to the package directions. As the pasta boils, steam the broccoli florets in the microwave according to package directions.
  3. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water and drain the remaining pasta water. Set pasta aside.
  4. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Next, add garlic, red pepper, pasta water and squeeze in half of a lemon. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the peeled shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through.
  6. When shrimp begins to curl, remove the pan from heat.
  7. Add the broccoli and pasta to the shrimp and mix to combine. Season to taste with a few pinches of salt and pepper.
  8. Top it with lemon zest and parmesan.

  • Sweet Cream Butter Unsalted 4 tbsp
  • Crushed Red Pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
