- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 8 slices Grissom’s Sandwich Bread
- 1 cup Coburn Farms Mexican Four Cheese
- 4 tbsp Coburn Farms Butter
- as desired, Senora Verde Jalapeno Slices
- 1 pack Senora Verde Taco Seasoning Pack
- In a large skillet over medium heat, put 2 tbsp of oil in the pan, and add the ground beef
- Add the seasoning packet and cook off the ground beef until meat is browned. 5-7 minutes.
- Once the ground beef is fully cooked. Prepare the sandwich
- Add 1 tbsp of butter in the pan per sandwich, place the bread in the pan and toast for 2 minutes
- After two minutes flip the bread. Add in 1/4 cup of cheese between each piece of bread, then the ground beef, and jalapenos
- Let the sandwich toast for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Put the pieces together then enjoy!
- Dip the sandwich in taco sauce or salsa for a fiesta in your mouth.
