- 3 lb Pork Butt
- 4 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup Kurtz Spicy Brown Mustard
- 2 tsp Kurtz Worcestershire Sauce
- 9 fl oz Kurtz BBQ Sauce
- 1 Red Onion, pickled
- 2 packs Hawaiian Rolls
- 1/4 tsp Marcum Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Marcum Cumin
- 1 tsp Marcum Paprika
- 1 tsp Marcum Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 tsp Marcum Salt
- to taste, Marcum Black Pepper
- 1 Red Onion, sliced
- 3/4 cup Kurtz White / Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Ginger Evans Sugar
- 1 tbsp Marcum Salt
- 1 cup Water
- In a crockpot, add BBQ sauce, garlic, worcstershire, spicy brown mustard, seasonings and pork.
- Cover on low for 6 hours.
- Prepare pickled red onion
- After 6 hours, remove pork and shred.
- Place on Hawaiian roll with pickled red onion, more BBQ sauce, and choice of toppings, then enjoy.
- Place the sliced onions in a large jar.
- Simmer water, vinegar, suger and salt for about 1 minute, or until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved. Let cool for about 5 minutes.
- Pour liquid over onions.
- Cool at room temperature for about 1 hour.
- Add 1 bottle of Guinness Stout for an authentic Irish Pulled Pork Slider
- Cayenne, oregano, thyme, fennel, and onion powder can be added for a blast of Irish Flavor
- Serve with roasted red potatoes, cole slaw, or pickles
- Add in red pepper flake for a light spice in the Pickled Red Onion
