  • 2 cans Hargis House Corned Beef Hash
  • 2 tbsp Coburn Farms Butter, unsalted
  • 1 tbsp Kurtz Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 head Cabbage, cored & shredded
  • 1 White Onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 Marcum Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Marcum Coriander
  • 1 tsp Marcum Paprika
  • 1 tsp Marcum Salt
  • 1 tsp Marcum Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Mederios Vegetable Oil
  1. Slice cabbage, onion, and mince garlic.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-heat, add 2 tbsp of oil and allow to get hot.
  3. Add sliced onion and cook until lightly caramelized about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Add cabbage, butter, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add Worcestershire, chili powder, coriander, and corned beef hash. Cook for 5 more minutes then enjoy!
  1. Add a fried egg on top.
  2. If mixture is looking dry add, 1/4 cup of chicken stock when you add in the corned beef hash.
