  • 1 cup Kurtz Mayonnaise
  • 1 Rib Celery, small dice (about 1/2 cup)
  • 2 Green Onions, greens and whites thinly sliced (2-3 Tbsp.)
  • 1 tsp Ginger Evans Sugar
  • 1 tsp Marcum Parsley Flake
  • 1/4 tsp. Marcum Black Pepper Ground
  • 1/4 cup Nutsome Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 cup Red Grapes, halved
  • 2 cups Fully Cooked Diced Chicken Breast
  • Marcum Salt & Black Pepper Ground
  1. Combine the mayonnaise, celery, green onion, sugar, dry parsley, black pepper and walnuts.
  2. Fold in the chicken and red grapes.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve on bread, with crackers or with salad greens.
