1 cup

Mayonnaise
1 Rib Celery, small dice (about 1/2 cup)
2 Green Onions, greens and whites thinly sliced (2-3 Tbsp.)
1 tsp
Ginger Evans
Sugar
1 tsp

Parsley Flake
1/4 tsp.
Marcum
Black Pepper Ground
1/4 cup

Chopped Walnuts
1 cup Red Grapes, halved
2 cups Fully Cooked Diced Chicken Breast

Salt & Black Pepper Ground
Directions:
Combine the mayonnaise, celery, green onion, sugar, dry parsley, black pepper and walnuts.
Fold in the chicken and red grapes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve on bread, with crackers or with salad greens.
