Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat and spray or oil grates.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, mix together jalapeno and softened cream cheese and place in fridge.
  3. Portion beef into eight 4oz patties. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Create a pocket inside the center of the patty, placing a spoonful of the jalapeno cream cheese mixture.
  5. Grill for about 12-15 minutes (6-7 minutes each side).
  6. Assemble burger, and top with more slices of jalapeno and cream cheese.
  7. Enjoy!

Recipe Tips

  • Top with Cheddar Cheese and or cooked bacon.
  • Add BBQ sauce for extra flavor.

  • Coburn Farms Cream Cheese, softened 4 oz
  • Fresh or Senora Verde Jalapeno Slices 2 cups
  • Coburn Farms Butter 4 tbsp
  • Grissom's Hamburger Buns 6 buns
  • Marcum Salt to taste
  • Marcum Pepper to taste
