Directions
- Preheat grill to medium heat and spray or oil grates.
 - In a medium sized bowl, mix together jalapeno and softened cream cheese and place in fridge.
 - Portion beef into eight 4oz patties. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Create a pocket inside the center of the patty, placing a spoonful of the jalapeno cream cheese mixture.
 - Grill for about 12-15 minutes (6-7 minutes each side).
 - Assemble burger, and top with more slices of jalapeno and cream cheese.
 - Enjoy!
 
Recipe Tips
- Top with Cheddar Cheese and or cooked bacon.
 - Add BBQ sauce for extra flavor.

 - Coburn Farms Cream Cheese, softened 4 oz
 - Fresh or Senora Verde Jalapeno Slices 2 cups
 - Coburn Farms Butter 4 tbsp
 - Grissom's Hamburger Buns 6 buns
 - Marcum Salt to taste
 - Marcum Pepper to taste
