Directions

  1. Thinly slice onion and green bell pepper and set aside.
  2. Preheat grill on medium heat, reaching temperatures of 450-500°F.
  3. While grill is heating up, season each steak with 1/2 tsp of Marcum Blackened Seasoning.
  4. Place a grill safe pan on the grill with a tbsp of butter and sauté onions and peppers for 10 minutes.
  5. Before placing on your steaks, make sure to oil grates to ensure there is no sticking.
  6. Place steaks on grates diagonally, and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes, then turn 90 degrees so they are facing diagonally the other way.
  7. Cook for 3 minutes, flip and cook for 3 more minutes or until you reach your desired temperature.
  8. Let steaks cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
