Directions
- Thinly slice onion and green bell pepper and set aside.
- Preheat grill on medium heat, reaching temperatures of 450-500°F.
- While grill is heating up, season each steak with 1/2 tsp of Marcum Blackened Seasoning.
- Place a grill safe pan on the grill with a tbsp of butter and sauté onions and peppers for 10 minutes.
- Before placing on your steaks, make sure to oil grates to ensure there is no sticking.
- Place steaks on grates diagonally, and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes, then turn 90 degrees so they are facing diagonally the other way.
- Cook for 3 minutes, flip and cook for 3 more minutes or until you reach your desired temperature.
- Let steaks cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
