French Onion Grilled Cheese

Directions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp of butter, then add onions. Cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add soup mix, thyme, and 2 tbsp of water. Turn the heat to a simmer and stir for 7-10 minutes, or until the onions become golden brown.
- On another burner, place a medium pan over medium heat and melt 1 tbsp of butter.
- Place a tbsp of Dijon Mustard on each side of bread. Place one slice of Swiss Cheese on one slice, and a slice of Cheddar Cheese on another, and let the sandwich toast for 2-3 minutes.
- Once the cheese begins to melt, add caramelized onions to each piece of bread and let cook for another minute.
- Remove sandwich halves from the skillet, then assemble and enjoy!

- Add bacon, turkey, or ham to your sandwich if protein is desired.

- 2 Yellow Onion, thinly sliced
- 4 slices of Coburn Farms Sliced Swiss Cheese
- 4 slices of Coburn Farms Sliced Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pack of Kaskey's French Onion Soup Mix
- 8 tbsp of Kurtz Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tbsp of Marcum Thyme
- 4 tbsp of Coburn Farms Butter
