  • 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 can, Senora Verde Diced Tomatoes & Chilies
  • 1 can, Senora Verde Refried Beans
  • 1 oz, Senora Verde Taco Seasoning
  • 6-9 Tio Santi 8″ Corn Tortillas
  • 3 cups Coburn Farms Mexican, shredded
  • 1 tsp Medeiros Canola Oil
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over high. Add beef, stir until brown for 5 minutes.
  2. Next, add the taco seasoning packet, diced tomatoes, and follow directions on the seasoning packet accordingly. Cook for 5-7 minutes
  3. While the beef and tomatoes are cooking, place the refried beans in a bowl, cover, and microwave until warm. Set aside to serve
  4. Now heat corn tortillas as desired. Either in a sauce pan over medium heat, heat for 30 seconds each side or 2 minutes with 1 tsp of oil for crispier texture
  5. Finally shred lettuce, and prepare tacos. Place the refried beans down first, then beef, lettuce, cheese, and a sauce of your personal preference.
  1. Add any Senora Verde Taco Sauce or Salsa for an extra kick
  2. Pairs perfectly with Senora Verde Tortilla Chips and Coburn Farms Sour Cream
