Tater Tot Loaded Nachos “Totchos”

  • 1 bag Pick 5 Potato Tater Puffs
  • 16 oz Market Selections Pulled BBQ Pork
  • 2 cups Coburn Farms Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • as desired, Coburn Farms Sour Cream
  • as desired, Senora Verde Salsa Mild or Hot
  • 4 Green Onion, slices
  • 2 Jalapeno, sliced
  1. Follow the cooking instructions on the Pick 5 Potato Tater Puffs packaging or your preferred cooking method.
  2. Repeat step 1 for the Market Selections BBQ Pulled Pork.
  3. Once those two are cooked, set your oven to 450°F.
  4. On a parchment lined sheet tray, place tater tots, then BBQ pulled pork, and shredded cheese. Let cook for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Top your “Totchos” with salsa, sliced green onions, jalapenos and sour cream, then enjoy
