Sausage Mozzarella Meatballs

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 ° Foil and grease a large baking sheet pan.
- Combine bread crumbs, milk, minced onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper and eggs. Allow mixture to sit for 10 minutes.
- Gently mix the bacon, pork sausage, ground beef and bell pepper into mixture; careful not to overwork meat.
- Form into 24 equal sized balls. Press one mozzarella cube into center of each ball; re-roll it.
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Brown all sides of each meatball (1 minute per side) then remove to sheet pan.
- Finish baking meatballs in oven for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 °
- Serve as an appetizer with marinara for dipping or as an entrée with marinara and pasta

- 1 cup Marcum Plain Bread Crumbs

- 2 tsp Marcum Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Marcum Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Marcum Salt
- 2 Good Nature Eggs, beaten
- 12 oz. Farmington Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, 1/2-inch dice (about 1 cup)
- 12 oz. Coburn Farms Mozzarella Chunk Cheese, cut into 24 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 Tbsp Medeiros Vegetable Oil
