  • 8-9 lb. fully cooked spiral ham
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Ginger Evans Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Tipton Grove Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Kurtz Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Jade Dragon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Marcum Ground Ginger
  1. Preheat oven to 300 ° Place ham in a roasting pan and add water to bottom of pan. Cover ham with foil and bake for 1 hour and 40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 135 degrees.
  2. Meanwhile, make glaze. Combine all glaze ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer over low heat. Simmer and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat.
  3. Once ham has heated through, remove from oven. Increase oven temperature to 400 ° Brush glaze over surface and return to oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until glaze is caramelized.
  4. Allow ham to rest for 10 minutes before serving
