Mama’s Crockpot Meatloaf

Yields: 4

  • 1 1/2 lbs Fresh Ground Beef
  • 1 box Dish’d Chicken Stuffing Mix
  • 3/4 cup Marcum 99% Fat Free Beef Broth
  • 1/4 cup Ginger Evans Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Kurtz Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Kurtz Yellow Mustard
  • 2 Good Nature Grade A Large Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Marcum Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Marcum Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Marcum Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Marcum Salt
  1. Line the bottom and sides of a slow cooker or crockpot with aluminum foil
  2. Mix yellow mustard, eggs, beef, stuffing mix, 1/2 cup beef broth, onion powder, garlic powder and salt together in a bowl
  3. In a separate bowl mix ketchup, brown sugar, black pepper and 1/4 cup beef broth together.
  4. Shape loaf into an oval and place into the foil-lined crockpot. Top with ketchup mixture.
  5. Cook for 6 hours on LOW
  6. When finished cooking, carefully remove meatloaf and place it on a cutting board. Slice and serve.
  • Mix Kurtz Spicy BBQ sauce with the ketchup for a tangy glaze.
  • Add 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos for a kick.
  • Glaze the top of the meatloaf in the oven at 375° for 7 minutes after cooking to create a sticky sauce.
