Lemon Pepper Shrimp

  • 1 lb Portside Raw Shrimp 31/40 ct
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Marcum Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Marcum Parsley Flakes
  • Simple Earth 90-second Long Grain Wild Rice
  • 1/3 cup Medeiros Pure Classic Mild Olive Oil
  • Marcum Salt & Pepper, to taste
    1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Remove tails from shrimp.
    2. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds while stirring.
    3. Add shrimp and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
    4. While shrimp is cooking, heat rice according to instructions on the packet.
    5. Combine rice and shrimp in bowl, sprinkle with parsley.
    • Lemon zest will add a fresh component to the dish.
    • Pasta or a salad are good alternatives to rice.
