Italian Pasta Bake

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Marcum Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Marcum Garlic Powder
  • 3 cups Mantia’s Penne Rigate, cooked and drained
  • 1 (24 oz.) Jar Mantia’s Pasta Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mantia’s Parmesan and Romano Grated Cheese, divided
  • 1  1/2 cups Coburn Farms Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Season meat with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Brown meat in a large skillet and drain off grease.
  3. Add cooked pasta, pasta sauce, and half of grated cheese to skillet. Mix well.
  4. Transfer to prepared dish. Top pasta mixture with mozzarella cheese and remaining grated cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is golden brown
