  • Marcum Pepper
  • 1 pouch Simple Earth 90-Second Long Grain Wild Rice

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Dry pork chops with a paper towel, and season both sides with salt & pepper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup honey mustard, and 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp worcestershire and the juice from 1 lemon.
  3. Add to the bowl 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder and salt & pepper to taste. Whisk together into sauce.
  4. While grilling pork chops, flip and baste with mustard mixture every few minutes.

  6. While pork is cooking, prepare the long grain wild rice and California medley per instructions on package.
  • Oil pork chop before seasoning to prevent sticking from grill.
  • To enhance the flavor, marinate the pork chops in the dressing mixture anywhere from 30 minutes, to overnight.
  • For more flavor, try adding thyme and minced garlic, or any of your favorite household spices.
