Gameday Crockpot Roast Chili

  • 1 lb Boneless Beef Bottom Round Roast, 1/2″ Pieces
  • 1 White Onion, 1/2″ diced
  • 1 can Pickwell Farms Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Pickwell Farms Tomato Sauce
  • 2 packets Marcum Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can Wylwood Chili Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Kurtz Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Leaf Marcum Bay Leaves
  • Marcum Salt & Pepper, to taste
  1. In crockpot, add roast, onion, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic, seasoning packs, bay leaf, and worcestershire sauce.
  2. Place crockpot on low heat for 4-6 hours. Add beans when one hour is left.
  3. After beans have been incorporated add salt and pepper to taste. Remove bay leaf and serve.
  • Add another can of beans for chunkier chili.
  • Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream.
