Directions:
Preheat your oven according to the Portside Battered Fish Fillet instructions & Countryside Station Fries
Place product on sheet tray sprayed with cooking spray. Cook in the oven according to the directions on the package.
Sauté or bake your Pickwell Farms vegetables your desired way.
When the battered fish is done, toss in parsley, salt, and pepper.
Serve alongside fries, vegetables, and tartar sauce for dipping

Serve with malt vinegar and lemon wedges.
