- 4 Pork Loin Chops, Bone In
- 4 slices Smithfield Bacon, Hickory Thick Cut, diced
- 1 can Kaskey’s Cream of Chicken
- 1 pk Kaskey’s Onion Soup Mix
- 1 can Marcum Chicken Stock
- 1 pk Marcum Pork Gravy Mix
- 2 Reser’s Side Salad
- 3 tbs Ginger Evans Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Marcum Garlic Powder
- to taste, Marcum Salt & Pepper
- 3 tbs Water
- In a crockpot combine cream of chicken, chicken broth, pork gravy mix, and onion soup mix.
- Season pork chop with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Put pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Spread the pork chops around so sauce mixture is covering the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours depending on your slow cooker
- With 30 minutes left in the cooking time dice up bacon, sauté in a pan over medium, cook until browned and crispy. Set aside for topping and save the grease.
- After the time, make a slurry of cornstarch and cold water. Whisk together to ensure mixture is fully incorporated, then add to the slow cooker.
- Turn on high for 30 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
