- Farmington Bratwurst
- 4 Grissom’s Hot Dog Buns
- 4 Kurtz Kosher Dill Spears
- Kurtz Yellow Mustard
- 20 Kurtz Mild Banana Pepper Rings
- 2 Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 White Onion, diced
- Pinch Celery Salt
- Cook bratwurst. Grill on medium heat for 7-8 minutes, or boil for 5 minutes.
- Steam hot dog buns for 2 minutes, or place buns on the grill for 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble on bun in this order: tomato, bratwurst, mustard, onion, pickle, peppers, and celery salt
- Serve with cole slaw, baked beans, or potato salad for a complete meal.
- Jalapenos, ketchup, and even a poppy seed bun have been used in Chicago dogs before. Give it a try!
- Swap yellow mustard for spicy brown mustard.
- Consider boiling bratwurst in a flavorful beer to enhance the taste.
