  • Farmington Bratwurst
  • 4 Grissom’s Hot Dog Buns
  • 4 Kurtz Kosher Dill Spears
  • Kurtz Yellow Mustard
  • 20 Kurtz Mild Banana Pepper Rings
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 White Onion, diced
  • Pinch Celery Salt
  1. Cook bratwurst. Grill on medium heat for 7-8 minutes, or boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Steam hot dog buns for 2 minutes, or place buns on the grill for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Assemble on bun in this order: tomato, bratwurst, mustard, onion, pickle, peppers, and celery salt
  • Serve with cole slaw, baked beans, or potato salad for a complete meal.
  • Jalapenos, ketchup, and even a poppy seed bun have been used in Chicago dogs before. Give it a try!
  • Swap yellow mustard for spicy brown mustard.
  • Consider boiling bratwurst in a flavorful beer to enhance the taste.
