Cheeseburger Pizza

- 1 packet Mantia’s Pizza Crust Mix
- 1 lb Ground Beef, lean
- 5-6 cups Coburn Farms Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 2/3 cups Kurtz Dill Pickes, sliced
- 1/3 Onion, chopped
- 2/3 cup Kurtz Ketchup
- 1/3 cup Kurtz Mustard
- 1.5 tbs Kurtz Mayonnaise
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Grease a 12″ pan or large baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Follow the instructions on the pizza mix packet.
- In a medium skillet, cook ground beef, breaking it up into small pieces and browning, until fully cooked. Drain the grease.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cheeseburger sauce ingredients. Add salt & pepper if needed.
- Roll out pizza dough evenly onto the bottom of the pan using greased hands. Pinch edges to form a rim. Prick dough with a fork.
- Bake dough for 3-5 minutes on the lowest rack in your oven.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool, then sauce the pizza, add the beef, then cheese, pickles, and onions on top in that order.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Allow to cool. Then drizzle more sauce on top if desired and enjoy!
- Top with cherry or diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce for a fresh component.
