  • 1 pack Farmington Bratwurst
  • 2 lb Baking Potatoes
  • 1 White Onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 packet Marcum Brown Gravy Mix
  • 1 Fairhill Farms Steam Bag Green Peas
  • 1/4 cup Coburn Farms Butter
  • 1/4 cup Coburn Farms Milk
  • to taste, Marcum Salt
  • to taste, Marcum Pepper
  1. Boil pot of salted water. Peel potatoes and cut into large chunks. Cook potatoes for 15 minutes and drain.
  2. Mash potatoes together and add butter, milk, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Heat tbsp of oil, or butter, in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add sausages to skillet and cook, turning frequently for 10-12 minutes until internal temp reaches 160°F. Remove and set aside.
  5. Finely slice onion and mince garlic. Cook in remaining oil for 4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Follow instructions on gravy packet and add to onion/garlic mixture and simmer for 1 minute.
  7. Steam peas in bag following instructions on the package.
  8. Place sausage and potatoes on plate and laddle over onion gravy. Add serving of peas on the side.
