Baked Honey Mustard Glazed Pork Chops

  • 4 ea. or 1 1/2 lbs Fresh Center Cut Pork Chops
  • 1 cup Kurtz Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
  • 1 tsp Kurtz Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Fresh Lemon
  • 1/2 cup Ginger Evans Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Marcum Italian Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Marcum Garlic Powder
  • Marcum Salt
  • Marcum Pepper
  • 1 pouch Simple Earth 90-Second Long Grain Wild Rice
  • 1 bag Pickwell Farms Steam Bag California Medley
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a large dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Dry pork chops with a paper towel and season both sides with salt & pepper. Place in sprayed dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup honey mustard, and 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp worcestershire and the juice from 1 lemon.
  4. Add to the bowl 2 Tbsp Italian seaoning, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder and salt & pepper to taste. Whisk together into sauce.
  5. Pour dressing mix into dish over top of the seasoned pork chops.
  6. Bake pork chops, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until an internal temperature of at least 145°F.
  7. While pork is cooking prepare the long grain wild rice and California medley per instructions on package.
  • For crispier pork chops, broil up to 5 minutes after the initial 20 minutes in the oven.
